Danny Scott has been practicing veterinary dermatology since 1972. He received his DVM from the University of California-Davis in 1971. He then completed an internship and residency in small animal medicine at Cornell University. He is certified by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology and the American College of Veterinary Pathologists.
Dr. Scott is an internationally-recognized authority on equine and small animal dermatology. He has authored or co-authored over 590 scientific publications, including Equine Dermatology, the definitive text that many of you likely have in your library. He has given over 400 continuing education programs around the world.
He is currently Professor of Medicine, Section of Dermatology, at the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, Ithaca, NY (USA).
Søren Boysen completed his DVM at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine and his internship at the Atlantic Veterinary College in Canada. Following this he completed a residency in small animal emergency and critical care at Tufts, Massachusetts. He became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care in 2003 and spent five years at the University of Montreal before accepting the position of Professor in Small Animal and Critical Care at the University of Calgary, Canada, where he is currently employed. Søren has received a number of teaching awards, published numerous articles and textbook chapters on emergency and critical care topics and is an internationally recognised speaker.
